Autumn Flavours
With the arrival of crisp but sunny autumn days, we have been busy adjusting our menus to reflect the new seasonal flavors, with a few game dishes and the introduction of a variety of New Forest wild mushrooms. The new Forest is a paradise for dog walkers, foraging wild foods and exploring by bike or on horse back, thus we suggest you take the time to enjoy this beautiful area and savor its striking beauty, colorful foliage and adorable wild life.

4SEASONS wood fired organic pizza co.
On an outing to Winchester I happen to stumbled across a place that lit me up....Hampshire’s largest farmers market, the place was huge and bustling with barter over flavorsome local specialties. There I met the owner of now a regular supplier to my restaurant form Sunny-fields organic farm, they grow and source over 1000 organic produce. So with the ever increasing popularity of farmers markets pooping up everywhere offering wholesome ingredients and my desire to have a quality pizza like those I experienced during my travels in Vermont, I have started a pilot project and formed a new company called "4SEASONS wood fired organic pizza co". Stage one is now installed at the Thatched Cottage front garden with the possibility
of another eatery in the planning in the near future. Already the demand has been overwhelming and the feedback phenomenal. Great taste, best pizza ever! from a satisfied American couple! :) We look forward to many more hungry visitors who wish to enjoy wholesome organic pizzas and beverages 'al fresco' ...see you soon Chef Mm
